Description	2-(4-Nitro-1,3-dioxoisoindolin-2-yl)pentanedioic Acid-d4 is an intermediate for the synthesis of Pomalidomide-(d4 major) (P688202), which is the labeled analogue of Pomalidomide (P688200), a thalidomide derivative, a potent inhibitor of TNF-α production. It is an antiinflammatory and antitumor agent used in the treatment of multiple myeloma.
