Description	7-Ethyl-10-(4-amino-1-piperidino)carbonyloxycamptothecin-[d3] is a major labelled metabolite of Irinotecan. Irinotecan is a topoisomerase I inhibitor in LoVo cells and HT-29 cells with IC50 of 15.8 μM and 5.17 μM, respectively.
