Description Carbidopa-[d5], is the labelled analogue of Carbidopa. Carbidopa is a drug given to people with Parkinson's disease in order to inhibit peripheral metabolism of levodopa. Carbidopa is an aromatic-L-amino-acid decarboxylase inhibitor with an IC50 of 29 ± 2 μM.
