Chemical Structure

Description	α-Cyano-4-hydroxycinnamic acid-[d7], is the labelled analogue of α-Cyano-4-hydroxycinnamic acid. CHCA is a monocarboxylic acid transport (MCT) inhibitor, displaying antitumoral and antiangiogenic activity in gliomas in vivo. It decreases glycolytic metabolism, migration and invasion in U251 cells, enhances the effect of temozolomide.
