Description L-Dopa-[2,5,6-d3] is a labelled L-Dopa. L-Dopa is an amino acid that can be biosynthesized from L-tyrosine. L-Dopa is the precursor of dopamine, norepinephrine and epinephrine. It can be used as a psychoactive drug and for the treatment of Parkinson's disease and dopamine-responsive dystonia.
