Description Lamotrigine-[13C,d3] is the labelled analogue of Lamotrigine, which is intended for use as an internal standard for the quantification of ledipasvir by GC-or LC-MS. Lamotrigine is an anticonvulsant, which inhibits glutamate release, possible through inhibition of Sodium, Potassium and Calcium currents. Used in treatment of bipolar depression.
