Description	(±)-Levomepromazine-[d6] maleate is the labelled salt of (±)-Levomepromazine. Levomepromazine is a phenothiazine neuroleptic drug. It is a low-potency antipsychotic with strong analgesic, hypnotic and antiemetic properties and is mainly used in palliative care.
