Description N-Nitroso Moxifloxacin-[d3] (possibility 1) is a deuterium-labelled impurity of Moxifloxacin. Moxifloxacin exerts its effects by trapping a DNA drug enzyme complex and specfically inhibiting ATP-dependent enzymes topoisomerase II (DNA gyrase) and topoisomerase IV.
