Chemical Structure

Description	(-)-Nebivolol-[d4] Hydrochloride, is the labelled analogue of Nebivolol. Nebivolol, a highly selective β1-adrenergic receptor inhibitor, has vasodilatory effect so that could be effective against hypertension. It was just withdrawed a Phase II/III trial for Hypertension in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
