Description	Nitroso-sertraline-[d3] (cis racemic mixture) is a labelled analogue of nitroso-sertraline. Nitroso-sertraline is undergoing extensive first-pass metabolism by cytochrome P450 and selectively inhibits the reuptake of serotonin at the presynaptic neuronal membrane that is used to treat the major depressive disorder, a social anxiety disorder.
