Description Pizotyline-[d3], is the labelled analogue of Pizotyline. Pizotifen is a benzocycloheptene-based drug used as a medicine, primarily as a preventive to reduce the frequency of recurrent migraine headaches. Pizotifen, also called as BC 105, a benzocycloheptathiophene derivative that is a highly selective 5-HT receptor blocking agent both in vivo (on saphenous veins) and in vitro (on saphenous veins and basilar arteries).
