Chemical Structure

Description	Resorufin-[d6] is a labelled version of Resorufin. Resazurin is a blue dye, itself weakly fluorescent until it is irreversibly reduced to the pink colored and highly red fluorescent resorufin. Resorufin can be used as an oxidation-reduction indicator in cell viability assays for both aerobic and anaerobic respiration.
