Description	Strontium Ranelate-[13C4] is the labelled analogue of Strontium ranelate, which is a bone metabolism modulator. It inhibits bone resorption and stimulates bone formation, inhibits osteoclast differentiation and activates osteoblastic gene expression. Strontium ranelate has been used clinically for the treatment of osteoporosis.
