Chemical Structure

Description	Teriflunomide-[13C5] is the labelled analogue of Teriflunomide. Teriflunomide, the active metabolite of leflunomide, is an immunomodulatory drug inhibiting pyrimidine de novo synthesis by blocking the enzyme dihydroorotate dehydrogenase. It inhibits rapidly dividing cells, including activated T cells, and tyrosine kinase enzymes.
