Description	Labelled Tienilic acid. Tienilic acid is a heterocyclic derivative of phenoxyacetic acid that acts as a suicide substrate at the cytochrome P450 enzymes involved in drug metabolism. It is a good mechanism based inhibitor of CYP2C9, and is commonly used as diuretic, uricosuric, antihypertensive.
